Living the good life.
Just a general update. For those of you who don’t know I have moved in with my girlfriend, Ms. Brittany T. Scelo, we are living on Lucknow by Ingles. I think its been a really good learning experience, and everything is going great.
I also have been trying to sneak in as many modifications to my car as possible, though I don’t seem to have the time to take any pictures of what I’m doing. I got a set of rims and a spoiler that both seem to suit the car. Both were shipped from California and both were a real steal.
The carputer project is ongoing, with winter fast approaching I am setting up a removable USB hard drive that the carputer will boot off of. This will let me take the entire HD inside at night, upload new MP3′s and videos, and then bring it to the car when I go for a drive. This is a preemptive strike against the cold of winter making a standard hard drives bearings too hard to spin.
The other project that I’ve been working on as of late is Media Portal. This is a media center / PVR of which there are tons out there, but this one is open source which allows me to download the source code and learn a bit of C# while I’m at it.
That?s about it for now…. EXCEPT for WTF is up with all the fuckers at Aliant buying BMWs? Pisses me off.
